I had a very interesting conversation with the man who answered the phone today. I'm having an issue with my oil pump on my furnace of the house I bought about a year ago. These people had serviced it for years in the past based on the hang tags with their name on it on my furnace so I thought I would call them to service the heater again... logical I thought... I thought wrong... When I called the gentleman spoke politely and assumed I wanted oil delivery, when I told him I did not and that I was having an issue with the oil pump and it was no emergency they could come out when it was convenient with them. He responded that it would be months... and when I was shocked I said "wow sounds like you need to hire some help! to which I was shocked when he replied with.. well maybe you should have bought your oil from us.

Long story short, if you don't order your oil from them, don't bother calling them for anything, they're clearly too busy to help... funny thing is... I need an oil delivery soon too!!
